Effective July 1, 2010 the Kanas Clean Indoor Act (KAN Stat Ann, Sec 21-4011) will prohibit smoking in enclosed public places and workplaces.

All private and public employers subject to the law must display the smoking prohibitions at every entrance, and the posting must contain the international "no smoking" symbol.
