Computer vision syndrome results from spending too much time in front of a computer screen. When you add poor lighting, an older screen, and glare it all can result in eye strain and headaches. Blurred vision, dry and irritated eyes and double vision are other common symptoms of computer vision syndrome.
Ways to prevent the symptoms of computer vision syndrome are:
1) Tilt your screen upward. 2) Every 20 to 30 minutes pick an object in the distance and focus on it for about 20 seconds. 3) Take Breaks and use moisturizing eye drops with lubrication. 4) Use a lubricating eye drop before you have symptoms of computer vision syndrome.
